I’m thinking about starting this new weekly feature to collect the posts of the week in case you missed any, as well as some of my favorite links of the week. The format is still undecided, and it might not stay on Sundays, but you gotta start somewhere!

♥ So we started off the week by trying McDonald’s Miami Burger, which has now mysteriously disappeared from our local Micky D’s. Did it sell out, or sell so poorly that they pulled the plug? What do you guys think?

♡ Next I tried the gorgeous Sakura Lattes & Cheesecake available at Starbucks right now (for a limited time only, of course!) and talked a bit about the cultural phenomenon of Cherry Blossoms in Japan. Have you tried it? Do you want to?

♥ On Thursday, Sean was confused by his combini cakey, but luckily the clever manufacturers were prepared for his silliness and provided very helpful instructions. Whew!

♡ Of course, Friday saw the return of our weekly installment of Engrish of the week with a delightfully poetic treat bag from one of my students.

♥ Finally, on Saturday I found some beautiful Ume Blossoms right outside our apartment, reminding us that Spring really is on the way! It also got me feeling a bit creative, so I hope you like my pictures 🙂
