I’m posting every day this week in celebration of my new Facebook Page, Super Happy Awesome! So far there’s been two watercolors (Facebook and the BFG) and a pen drawing (Beethoven’s Favorite Fruit) so I thought I’d mix it up a little bit and post a rare and elusive pencil sketch! Oh, and there was also that little English translation of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s new single, Kira Kira Killer, the views for which are slightly bonkers. It’s still not as popular as Yume no Hajima Rin Rin, but it’s definitely way busier than Family Party!

Anyway, today’s sketch is of a character near and dear to my heart, Hiroko-chan! Hiroko is the female mascot for Otakon, and before I came to Japan I was president of the parent corporation, Otakorp Inc. I miss my friends & Ota-family, and hopefully I can see them all soon! Happy memories ❤
